A tempting snack , that can be stand alone party starter or can be a part of lunch/ dinner accompanied by soup or pasta.

Ingredients
Mushrooms: finely chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic : finely chopped 1 tsp
Capsicum: finely chopped 1 tbsp
American sweet corn: finely chopped 2 tbsp
Tomatoes: finely chopped 1 tbsp
Milk : 200 ml
Mixed herbs: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Grated mozzarella cheese: 2 tbsp
Corn flour: 2 tsp
Garlic loaf: 1 medium sized (300 g- 400g)
Process
- Heat the butter in pan, add finely chopped garlic, add mushrooms after a minute and stir fry the mushrooms till soften.
- Add corn flour and sauté for a minute, then gradually add warm milk to it , stirring continuously, till the sauce gets thicken.
- When mushroom sauce gets ready off the stove and add tomatoes, capsicum, boiled corn, salt and mixed herbs.
- Cut the garlic loaf in thin slices. Spread 1 tbsp of prepared material, and top it with cheese.
- Arrange the other garlic slices similarly in a baking tray.
- Pre- heat the oven on 180o c. Bake the garlic bread for 5-6 mins or till the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
