Coriander and Mint chutney

want to add zest to your dish without adding much calories, then try this chutney, 1 tsp of it will add only 10 calories but will make the meal tangy with added anti oxidants, anti inflammatory enzymes, and many other nutrients. dilute it a little, add it to tomato onion mixed kurmura and have healthy bhel ready in minutes. this chutney can be stored in fridge for 2-3 day without discoloring. To preserve longer store in air tight container in deep freeze.

Serves: makes 100 g ( approximate 1 1/4 cup)


coriander: 200g
mint: 100 g
ginger: 1″ piece
lemon juice: 1 tbsp

garlic: 2-3 pods

Salt: as per taste
sugar: l-2 tbsp as per Taste
ground nuts: 1 tbsp
Green chillies: 2-3 Nos


  • chop coriander and mint coarsly and take them in blender add salt, sugar, chillies, ginger, garlic,salt and blend to smooth paste.
  • Now add lemon juice and sugar, add a tbsp of water If required.
  • Blend again till smooth.
  • chutney is ready to be served.
